About
When educating minds, we must not forget to educate their hearts
I am a motivated and organized educator with nearly a decade of experience in early childhood education. Having completed my Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Childhood and Early Years Studies at Northumbria University, I am currently pursuing my Master of Education in Early Childhood Education (Teacher-Trainer) at the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS).
Throughout my career across diverse early childhood settings — from Montessori classrooms to bilingual preschools — I have developed strong skills in curriculum planning, classroom management, and nurturing each child's unique developmental journey. I believe all learners should be given the opportunity to develop at their own pace, and I remain committed to providing thoughtful guidance to help every child reach their potential.
I approach education with enthusiasm and humility, recognising that teaching is a continuous learning journey. My combination of practical classroom experience and academic background allows me to connect theory with the realities of early childhood education.

What Others Say
Joanna
Teacher/pcf sparkletots
“Nadirah is an exceptionally innovative educator who consistently brings creativity and fresh ideas into her teaching. Her lessons are thoughtfully planned and engaging and she also plays an active role in conceptualising and organising meaningful events for both teachers and parents. Her ability to think creatively not only enriches classroom experiences but also contributes positively to the wider school community. She possesses strong communication skills and builds genuine, trusting relationships with parents. Drawing from her experience, Nadirah confidently shares practical tips and strategies to support parents in better understanding and managing their little ones. Her guidance is always thoughtful and empathetic, which reassures parents and strengthens home–school partnerships. As a colleague, Nadirah is incredibly supportive and generous with her knowledge. She willingly shares lesson ideas, classroom strategies and practical advice on handling various situations such as welcoming children on their first day or communicating effectively with new parents. She never hesitates to step in to help, often offering support even when it is beyond her role or required responsibilities. I truly enjoyed working with Nadirah. Her approach with children is patient, thoughtful and effective, making classroom management smoother and more positive for both educators and children. Her dedication, collaborative spirit and willingness to give her own time to support others make her a valuable asset to any team.”

“I’ve had the chance to work closely with Nadirah and honestly she has been such a joy to work with. She always takes initiative and doesn’t wait to be told what to do. Whatever needs to be done, she will just step in and do it. It makes working together so much easier. She’s also very easy to get along with. Planning with her is smooth because she’s always sharing her ideas and is open to discussion. I really appreciate how she goes out of her way to find resources and materials for her children just to make their learning more meaningful. You can really see how much she cares. She first started off as my partner, but along the way she became a friend. I’m really thankful to have worked with someone like her 🤍”

“I’m really grateful to have worked with Nadirah. She brings such bubbly, positive energy into the classroom, and it’s always fun being around her. The children adore her because she’s playful, engaging, and genuinely caring. What I appreciate most is how she guided me at work. She was always patient in explaining things, sharing her experience, and helping me handle different situations in the classroom. She supported me in a way that made me feel more confident and capable. Working with her not only made work enjoyable, but also helped me grow. Any school would be lucky to have her.”
